CRDI Pump & Injection Tester

The Tester is a unique device that is being manufactured based on our patented technology in Korea. It enables to identify malfunctioning injectors promptly by scanning and testing many numbers of injectors independently in terms of injection volume, injection condition, creation of droplets, coil condition, backflow volume and other necessary items, which leads to a more accurate judgment on the causes of injector default
Depending upon the makers of injectors and their types (Bosch/Delphi), the tester can be adjusted before use.
"Injector Overhaul-reassembly Jig", a special jig which can be supplied together with the tester, will help improve the performance of the defective injectors when "Injector Ultrasonic Washer" is used for cleansing them.
